Itinerary

Day 1Nairobi to Masai Mara National Reserve

Early morning, depart Nairobi by road towards the Masai Mara, enjoying a scenic stop at the famous Rift Valley Viewpoint en route. After a 4–5 hour drive, arrive at the reserve and check in. In the evening, head out for your first guided game drive across the Mara’s vast savannahs, where you may spot elephants, big cats and other wildlife

Day 2Full Day- Masai Mara National Reserve

Enjoy a full-day guided game drive through the spectacular Masai Mara, exploring its vast savannah landscapes in search of Africa’s iconic wildlife. Keep an eye out for lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras and other fascinating animals as you experience the beauty of the reserve up close.

Day 3Full Day- Masai Mara National Park

Spend the day exploring the Masai Mara on a guided game drive through its stunning savannah landscapes. Your experienced guide will take you to prime wildlife areas, giving you the opportunity to spot lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras and other incredible animals in their natural habitat.

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.

Day 4Masai Mara to Nairobi

After breakfast, check out from Muthu Keekorok Lodge and begin your road journey to Nairobi. Enjoy the scenic landscapes along the way as you travel through Kenya’s countryside. The transfer takes approximately 4–5 hours, arriving in Nairobi later in the day.

Terms & Conditions

  • All rates are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
  • These rates are valid from July 2026 to September 2026
  • Peak season, festival and weekend surcharges may apply at the time of confirmation.
  • Hotels mentioned in the itinerary are subject to availability; in case of non-availability, similar alternate hotels will be provided.
  • Package cost is based on the base category of rooms. Any upgrade in room or hotel category will be chargeable to the guest.
  • All sightseeing, ferry services and water activities are subject to weather and operational conditions.
  • Complimentary services, if not utilized due to any reason, are non-refundable.
  • Infritrip reserves the right to amend the itinerary due to operational reasons or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Guests are required to share correct names as per government-approved ID documents at the time of booking confirmation.
  • Any personal expenses, optional tours, meals not mentioned in inclusions and additional services are payable directly by the guest.
  • Infritrip shall not be responsible for any delay, change or cancellation caused by airlines, hotels, transport providers, weather conditions or government regulations.

Payment Policy

  • Infritrip is a 100% GST compliant company. Cash payments are accepted only with prior approval.
  • All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking as airfare is dynamic and may change without notice.
  • 30% of total package cost is required as a booking confirmation amount.
  • 50% of the total package cost must be paid 30 days prior to travel date.
  • Remaining 20% must be paid 15 days prior to travel date.
  • For bookings within 15 days of travel, 100% payment is required immediately.
  • Payment invoice and booking confirmation will be shared via registered email.
  • Travel vouchers are usually provided 1 day prior to the travel date.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation made more than 30 days before travel date:
    ➡ 30% of total package cost will be charged.
  • Cancellation made between 15 – 30 days before travel date:
    ➡ 50% of total package cost will be charged.
  • Cancellation made within 0 – 15 days before travel date:
    ➡ 100% of total package cost will be charged.
  • No refund will be provided for any cancellation caused due to flight cancellation, natural calamities, weather conditions, ferry operational issues, government restrictions or last minute changes.
  • In case of activities cancelled due to weather or operational reasons, alternate arrangements will be made where possible. No monetary refund will be applicable.
  • In case of lockdown or government-imposed travel restrictions, a credit note may be issued (valid for 1 year) which can be used for future bookings. Revised package cost will be applicable as per prevailing rates at the time of rebooking.
