* 25% payment of total amount at the time of booking.
* After 50% payment you will get hotel confirmation.
* Rest of the 25% amount you will pay 07 days before your travel.
* In peak season 50% required payment at the booking time.
* The entire amount paid as 1st payment installment (deposit) would be non- refundable.
* Amendment of booked tour will be treated as Cancellation. However, minor amendments can be made on the payment of a communication charge, which will vary from case to case.
* Refund will be paid to the source through which the guest has booked. Any refund will take at least 45 days to process & will be sent to you by a/c payee cheque only.
* If payment is not made as per the schedule provided in the first booking confirmation e-mail, Infritrip reserves the right to cancel the booking after attempting to get in touch with you. Refunds would be as per the package cancellation policy.
* After booking amount transfer, please inform us so we will check in our bank account and send payment invoice to you.
* At the time of Instant payment , if applicable then you have to pay Bank charges extra.
* Package cost will not be valid during public holidays, festivals, exhibitions and long-weekends. A surcharge will be levied and will be advised at the time of booking.
* Please note that these packages are customizable, which means that you can make changes to the itinerary/activity if you desire. The final payment will be calculated as per the activities reflecting on the website which will be outlined in the confirmatory e-mail sent to you.
