Itinerary

Day 1Arrival in Nairobi - Masai Mara National Reserve

Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA), where you will be welcomed by our representative before departing by road for the Maasai Mara National Reserve. Enjoy scenic countryside views en route to your lodge or camp. After check-in, lunch and some time to relax, head out for an exciting afternoon game drive with opportunities to spot the Big Five and other African wildlife. Return to the lodge or camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2Full Day in Masai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast, set out for a full-day game drive with packed lunch. Explore the Mara’s vast savannahs, acacia-dotted plains and riverine areas while looking for elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, antelopes, lions, leopards, cheetahs and other wildlife. Enjoy a picnic lunch surrounded by the reserve’s scenic wilderness before continuing your safari. Optional activities at an additional cost include a hot-air balloon safari with bush breakfast, Maasai village visit or guided nature walk. Return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3Departure

After breakfast and check-out, drive back to Nairobi, approximately 6 hours, enjoying your final views of the Great Rift Valley along the way. On arrival, enjoy lunch at your own cost and, if time permits, explore the Maasai Market or nearby shopping malls. Later, transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your international departure, marking the end of your memorable Kenyan safari.

Terms & Conditions

  • All rates are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
  • These rates are valid from July 2026 to September 2026
  • Peak season, festival and weekend surcharges may apply at the time of confirmation.
  • Hotels mentioned in the itinerary are subject to availability; in case of non-availability, similar alternate hotels will be provided.
  • Package cost is based on the base category of rooms. Any upgrade in room or hotel category will be chargeable to the guest.
  • All sightseeing, ferry services and water activities are subject to weather and operational conditions.
  • Complimentary services, if not utilized due to any reason, are non-refundable.
  • Infritrip reserves the right to amend the itinerary due to operational reasons or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Guests are required to share correct names as per government-approved ID documents at the time of booking confirmation.
  • Any personal expenses, optional tours, meals not mentioned in inclusions and additional services are payable directly by the guest.
  • Infritrip shall not be responsible for any delay, change or cancellation caused by airlines, hotels, transport providers, weather conditions or government regulations.

Payment Policy

  • Infritrip is a 100% GST compliant company. Cash payments are accepted only with prior approval.
  • All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking as airfare is dynamic and may change without notice.
  • 30% of total package cost is required as a booking confirmation amount.
  • 50% of the total package cost must be paid 30 days prior to travel date.
  • Remaining 20% must be paid 15 days prior to travel date.
  • For bookings within 15 days of travel, 100% payment is required immediately.
  • Payment invoice and booking confirmation will be shared via registered email.
  • Travel vouchers are usually provided 1 day prior to the travel date.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation made more than 30 days before travel date:
    ➡ 30% of total package cost will be charged.
  • Cancellation made between 15 – 30 days before travel date:
    ➡ 50% of total package cost will be charged.
  • Cancellation made within 0 – 15 days before travel date:
    ➡ 100% of total package cost will be charged.
  • No refund will be provided for any cancellation caused due to flight cancellation, natural calamities, weather conditions, ferry operational issues, government restrictions or last minute changes.
  • In case of activities cancelled due to weather or operational reasons, alternate arrangements will be made where possible. No monetary refund will be applicable.
  • In case of lockdown or government-imposed travel restrictions, a credit note may be issued (valid for 1 year) which can be used for future bookings. Revised package cost will be applicable as per prevailing rates at the time of rebooking.
