Itinerary

Day 1Arrival in Nairobi

Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA), where our representative will warmly welcome you and assist with your luggage. Proceed with a road transfer to your Nairobi hotel for check-in, freshening up, and relaxation after your journey. The rest of the day is at leisure to unwind and enjoy the hotel facilities. In the evening, enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2Nairobi to Lake Naivasha

After breakfast and check-out, depart Nairobi by road for scenic Lake Naivasha in the Great Rift Valley. Enjoy picturesque countryside views of rolling hills and farmlands, with a short stop at a viewpoint for photographs. On arrival, check in at your lodge, enjoy lunch and relax.

Afternoon: Take a scenic boat ride on Lake Naivasha, with opportunities to spot hippos and birdlife, including fish eagles and kingfishers. Continue to Crescent Island for a guided walking experience, where you may encounter giraffes, zebras and other wildlife at close range. Later, return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3Lake Naivasha to Masai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast, check out and drive to the famous Maasai Mara National Reserve, enjoying scenic views of the Great Rift Valley en route. Arrive at your lodge in time for lunch and relaxation before heading out for an afternoon game drive. Explore the vast savannah in search of elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, lions, leopards, cheetahs and other wildlife. Return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 4Full Day Masai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast, enjoy a full-day guided game drive through the spectacular Maasai Mara with a packed lunch. Explore the vast savannah in search of elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, lions, leopards, cheetahs and other wildlife. Enjoy a picnic lunch amidst the beautiful landscapes. Optional activities, such as a hot air balloon safari or a visit to a traditional Maasai village, are available at an additional cost. Return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 5Departure From Kenya

After breakfast, check out and drive back to Nairobi from the Maasai Mara, enjoying scenic views of the Great Rift Valley along the way. Upon arrival, enjoy lunch at your own expense or explore local markets and shopping malls, time permitting. Later, transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your international departure, marking the end of your memorable Kenyan safari.

Terms & Conditions

  • All rates are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
  • These rates are valid for October 2026
  • Peak season, festival and weekend surcharges may apply at the time of confirmation.
  • Hotels mentioned in the itinerary are subject to availability; in case of non-availability, similar alternate hotels will be provided.
  • Package cost is based on the base category of rooms. Any upgrade in room or hotel category will be chargeable to the guest.
  • All sightseeing, ferry services and water activities are subject to weather and operational conditions.
  • Complimentary services, if not utilized due to any reason, are non-refundable.
  • Infritrip reserves the right to amend the itinerary due to operational reasons or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Guests are required to share correct names as per government-approved ID documents at the time of booking confirmation.
  • Any personal expenses, optional tours, meals not mentioned in inclusions and additional services are payable directly by the guest.
  • Infritrip shall not be responsible for any delay, change or cancellation caused by airlines, hotels, transport providers, weather conditions or government regulations.

Payment Policy

  • Infritrip is a 100% GST compliant company. Cash payments are accepted only with prior approval.
  • All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking as airfare is dynamic and may change without notice.
  • 30% of total package cost is required as a booking confirmation amount.
  • 50% of the total package cost must be paid 30 days prior to travel date.
  • Remaining 20% must be paid 15 days prior to travel date.
  • For bookings within 15 days of travel, 100% payment is required immediately.
  • Payment invoice and booking confirmation will be shared via registered email.
  • Travel vouchers are usually provided 1 day prior to the travel date.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation made more than 30 days before travel date:
    ➡ 30% of total package cost will be charged.
  • Cancellation made between 15 – 30 days before travel date:
    ➡ 50% of total package cost will be charged.
  • Cancellation made within 0 – 15 days before travel date:
    ➡ 100% of total package cost will be charged.
  • No refund will be provided for any cancellation caused due to flight cancellation, natural calamities, weather conditions, ferry operational issues, government restrictions or last minute changes.
  • In case of activities cancelled due to weather or operational reasons, alternate arrangements will be made where possible. No monetary refund will be applicable.
  • In case of lockdown or government-imposed travel restrictions, a credit note may be issued (valid for 1 year) which can be used for future bookings. Revised package cost will be applicable as per prevailing rates at the time of rebooking.
